Privacy Policy

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the page you signed up on, your country (from your connection, not your exact location) and the date. We use it only to tell you when PhotoSway launches and to give you your waitlist bonus. We do not sell or share it.

Photos and videos

Photo uploads are not open yet. When they are, uploaded photos and generated videos will be sent to our AI video provider to create your animation, kept only as long as needed to deliver your download, and then deleted. This section will be updated with exact retention times before launch.

Payments

Payments will be handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We will not see or store your card details.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Your choices

To remove your email from the waitlist or ask about your data, email contact@photosway.com.
